Weve been contacted about a very well mannered, friendly and happy dog who is in desperate need of rescue. The people who rescued him off the streets with the intent to finding him a forever home are no longer able to keep him and have tried everything to find him a home/rescue. We are currently out of funds, space and fosters and are unable to help him. Please see the video below and share it with your friends and rescues near you. He needs your help! A local rescue group has been kind enough to list him as a courtesy posting on their adoption site; his plight has been posted on facebook from here to kingdom come; and I’ve contacted dozens of rescue groups for help all over the country. Nothing….. Circumstances beyond our control mean that we cannot keep Jake any longer. Please believe me when I say we have agonized over this. We haven’t come to this decision easily and we do realize Jake’s probable fate at the Memphis Animal Shelter. I’m making one last plea for Jake and praying that someone can save him.
