Weve been home a week now and Im still amused by this story. We were having a rough go of a morning and my husband and I got separated (him taking two kids while I kept one that needed a little extra and the baby) but he had both phones. When I finally made it in the the magic kingdom I headed back to where I thought he was headed and he wasnt there. After a bit of panicking I walked over to FantasyFaire and asked the cast member behind the counter if there was anyway to call my husband. She wasnt sure so she called guest relations who explained to her she just needed to dial 9 and then put in my phone number. She tried it but would not enter 1 between the 9 and the rest of my number. It obviously didnt work so she apologized and told me my husbands phone must not be working. Feeling desperate I walked out of the store and asked another guest if they could call my husband on their cell phone. Which they handed me and my husband and I met up. I just cant get over that the cast member couldnt use the phone. :)
