Weve been out of touch all day......no phone, no internet, no wifi. Rogers got a tech out to the store just after 5pm. Everything that he could check was in good order. But......the system lines run from our connection box and traverse the premises next to us in order to reach the main lines. That premises is under a major renovation and the best guess is that the workers inadvertently cut our line. They had left for the day by the time the Rogers tech arrived. So, the first time frame for another tech to come by is from 8am to 11am tomorrow. Just what I was looking forward to, an early, early start to the day. I am hoping that the problem can be found and repaired quickly. No phone, no internet = a great inconvenience.
