Weve been quiet on FB, but weve been super busy Elfing! Heres a tip... dont move into a home right after its been renovated unless youre the owner. As a tenant youre the one that has to deal with all the problems. Client moved into fully reno house, as a tenant. First two days had to call the plumber 3 times, the builder and real estate agent several times. A few major items need to be replaced, plus the dishwasher wouldnt drain, the washing machine wouldnt drain and the air conditioner flooded the wardrobe, all because the plumbers didnt open the drainage pipes for all three items.
