Weve been taught to associate thinking with the brain, but all TRUE thought is pre-physical in nature. What this means essentially, is that we dont think thoughts - thoughts think US. The problem is when we begin to think about those thoughts. Then - if they run against our true, pre-physical thoughts - they create stress and wrong choices. Thinking about thoughts divides them into fragments which can go in all sorts of directions. Real meditation can help you remain in pure thought, which will make life a pleasure to live... Stop thinking about your thoughts, and start feeling them instead! You wont regret it. -CK
