Weve been working with The Chain Reaction Project, a social enterprise with a strong culture for catalysing change by paying it forward. One of their recent digital projects was to raise awareness for HIAM Health, an organisation centred around fighting malnutrition in Timor-Leste. HIAM Healths previous site contained very detailed and heavy textual material. While the content was extensive, indexing and navigation was very cumbersome, potentially causing users to lose interest. We worked with our writer Adeline Chew to restructure and reorganise the entire hierarchy, completely rewriting pages and making the site more succinct. The redesigned site had significantly improved legibility, navigation and mobile responsiveness. Early analytics indicate much longer engagement with deeper, more meaningful interaction.
