Weve come this far by faith; Leaning on The Lord. Trusting in his holy words; Cause hes never fail me yet. Capture the soul of a battered and bruised man; Read my destiny analyze my blue print analyze my plan. I thirst for a better life a new way to address my emotions; I hunger for that guidance please massage my body with your heavenly lotion. Daily while I do my devotion Im tempted to try and take control of my life; But God keeps reminding me its not my battle to fight. Surrounded by a body filled with anger, and seeking redemption; Im a man who requires hugs, attention and a lot of affection. Please search my soul my internal device cries out for mercy; The dryness in my tongue lets me know for Gods grace I still remain thirsty. Everyday I remind myself how truly blessed I am; I come to you battered and bruised up but God here I stand. Im not alone so many hunger for your guidance and direction; Im thankful for your leadership and I pray for your blessings. As I place my pot on the stove of your glory; I wait for the right ingredients but until then I will shout holy. Still I thirst my appetite hungers for the stress free blessings; So I follow my Emotions because I know I am destined. Cover me with the blood the angels surround my shadows of doubt; But my God remains faithful and in a matter of time he tells them to clear out. Now the demons run they are afraid of my surprise; God just smiled and told them to get ready for their demise. Who can wipe the tears that do not fall; In the middle of the fight is when my God chooses to call. Dont confuse money with success thats materialistic; Success comes from prayer to God thats realistic. Love is Love.
