To better assist, if youve not already done so, please SEND AN EMAIL TO help@kingsIsle and include your geographic area (i.e. New Zealand, Australia, Borneo...) and a copy of your current patch log. To get the file, please go to C:/Program Files (ProgramData in Windows 7 or Vista)/KingsIsle Entertainment/Wizard101/PatchClient. There will be two folders in there, BankA and BankB. In each of those folders will be a text file named WizardLauncher.log. Just attach them to this email & send both of those files. Remember this information MUST be in an email to help@kingsisle not posted on Facebook.
