Weve inevitably come to hear of inevitable misunderstandings in our given directives for the interviews and organizational process weve undertaken. This post is to clarify the rationale behind the unprecedented interview criteria for Crashers - a decision reached after evaluating all previous FOCs and stemming from a desire for each year to improve upon the last, and a way for us to remain responsible for the safety for all who attend the camp. Furthermore, we equally value all who want to contribute to HSSFOC2014, be it participant or senior, but that also includes accountability for our actions and towards our participants. Therefore if you have any suggestions we urge you to communicate your concerns constructively via proper channels and to the right people rather than on personal social media accounts so we can all come together to work towards making this coming FOC a memorable and incident free one for all parties involved.
