Weve just been accredited by Cumbria Tourism, no less, as a pet friendly bed and breakfast in the Lake District. I wonder if we should change that to a Maggie Welcomes Pets Bed and Breakfast- Maggie being our dog. Maggie did advise us what pets and Cumbria Tourism would like- a park to exercise nearby, torch so you can see where your going at for the final walk at night, spare bowls, towels for the wash down after a walk in the mud, a dogs crate, baby alarm (so you can come down and have a drink, you breakfast or a meal and not worry if your animal is whimpering) dog walks, dog friendly places to eat and so on.
