Weve just received word that Melbourne has been blanketed by a heavy fog for much of today and although not as heavy right now, it is expected to linger into this evening. A number of flights have been delayed, cancelled or diverted from the main Tullamarine Airport. These cancellations and delays will have a flow on effect for other domestic and international services. Virgin and Qantas are working to re-accommodate customers whose flights have been cancelled.
