Weve saved the best news you heard all day for right now: Kaitlyn Renee has left the building. Through all of your networking and sharing of our girl, who was approaching 175 days homeless, shes found a foster mom through a rescue in Mechanicsburg, PA. The last pic is KR (who we renamed Joni Mitchell) with her new foster momma - maybe forever momma if all goes well. Either way, our girl has sailed away to greener pastures (literally - shell be living on a farm!) and left the shelter that she was growing so weary in despite the love and attention given daily by staff and volunteers alike. Because our mentality is Whatever it takes. Good luck, sweet girl. In these departure pics, its almost as if she knew she was headed to a better life ...
