We’re delighted to say that a donor has been found for 29 year old Mike Brandon from Bristol, and he is set to have a bone marrow transplant in June. Mike’s fiancé Kate was behind the #shake4mike campaign on social media, which has led to more than 7,000 new potential donors joining our register. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped the campaign by shaking, sharing and nominating. Kate says: To know that we have reached this many people and potentially helped save the life of people who are in the same situation as Mike is just incredible.
