We’re super happy to have Lisa back in the office, but we have a feeling that her heart will always be with the South Pacific…here’s a little ode to Tahiti that she wrote: ---------------------------------------------------- Tahiti – the name alone use to bring thoughts of crystal blue water, over the water bungalows, stunning landscape beauty and the Polynesian culture to my mind. What I didn’t expect when I arrived was the aroma of tropical flowers; the pure smell of the ocean and the true pleasure every local I encountered added to my experience. From the second I landed in Tahiti every aspect of my travels was an utter relaxation - Tahitian Time they call it! The flower leis; fresh tropical juice and a chilled towel scented in Tiare flower I received at every resort I visited were always welcome. The fresh fish and fruit made every meal I had amazing! Who knew pineapple in Tahiti was the sweetest in the world! I had unbelievable experiences both in and out of the water…..I finally got to live out a dream and jump feet first into the open ocean and be eye to eye with sharks! I found Tahiti to be a life changing experience. Never in my entire life and travels have I ever felt that relaxed and carefree as I did in Tahiti. They have 118 islands and I was lucky enough to visit 4 of them…from the black sand beaches of Tahiti to the solitude and vanilla aroma of Taha’a to the adventure of Moorea and stunning beauty of Bora Bora I cannot wait to have another South Pacific Adventure. Tahiti is very hard to describe – the pictures don’t do it justice! Let me help you have your own Tahitian Time experience! --------------------------------------------------- Stay tuned as we get some albums together of the various resorts, excursions, and landscapes that could be yours…in the meantime, enjoy these wonderful shots!
