Local MPs have also joined the fight alongside Shadow Minister for Education and Early Childhood, Kate Ellis MP and Shadow Assistant Minister for Education, Amanda Rishworth MP. But we still need your help with one vital component of the campaign – the online petition. The online petition is an easy way to have your say about the significant impacts the changes to Community Support Programme funding will have on the family day care sector. Leave a message about why this issue is important to you and this will be sent directly to Assistant Minister for Education, the Hon Sussan Ley MP. Be sure to share the petition and promote the Families Need Family Day Care campaign to educators, families and your community. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
