If you decide to open the door, do not allow them to enter the house, if the police are with the social workers they will need to have just cause to enter the property without a warrant, (that could mean a fear for the safety of your children), however should they speak along those lines they will need to show evidence that they are justified to have that fear. step 2> do not allow anyone inside your property, stand outside of the property to speak or speak through a downstairs window. step 3> point the mobile at their faces and do not stop recording if they ask they you. Step 4> ask if they have been to court to obtain a warrant or a court order to remove the children. Step 5> ask them have you received a referral? step 6> you tell them what ever your concerns you may put them in writing to me within 7 working days, I will seek my solicitor deal directly with your letter once it is received. step 7> you say ok thankyou you have the address put it in writing, ask your questions, and make an appointment time in the letter and i will consider attending. step 8> I would like you to leave my property and i do not wish to have any further communications with you in any form today i must notify you under the prevention of harassment act that I (your name) do not wish to recieve any communications from you today at all other than what I have already stated regard the letter.. should you continue to provide unwanted communications I will perceive your actions as stressful, threatening and a cause of anxiety, which clearly breaches the Prevention Of Harassment act 2 Offence of harassment... watch them walk away. From then on in deal only in letter communications - - do not reply to their letters other than to say we have received your letter and are giving it further thought before we respond etc.. then get your money, pack your bags and leave the country. for your own knowledge here is the relevant part of the act. 1 Prohibition of harassment. (1)A person must not pursue a course of conduct— (a)which amounts to harassment of another, and (b)which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other. (2)For the purposes of this section, the person whose course of conduct is in question ought to know that it amounts to harassment of another if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct amounted to harassment of the other. (3)Subsection (1) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows— (a)that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime, (b)that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or (c)that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable. (1)A person who pursues a course of conduct in breach of section 1 is guilty of an offence. (2)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.
