What China really needs is better Knife Control laws. This is the second such attack in the course of 2 weeks. Clearly, no one NEEDS a knife when they can call a butcher to cut their meat for them. In fact, only butchers, waiters and cooks should be allowed to have knives, but since the law doesnt limit it to that, I propose: · Universal background checks · The complete ban on Assault Knives – scary looking knifes must be banned immediately · Implementation of a “cooling down” period between when a knife is purchased and when it can be transferred to the new owner · Registration of all knifes · Limits on the number of knifes that can be purchased per month · Redesign of the knifes to eliminate the ability to stab unlimited people in one thrust by limiting stabbing capacity If we can just get rid of knives, we can all live in safety.
