What Gen. S Gun Maw should tell U.S Government: 1. This U Thein Sein Government is a dictator in disguise. 2. This U Thein Sein Government is Bamar Imperialist and invading the ethnic countries. 3. Bamar Tatmadaw is doing ethnic cleansing in ethnic countries. 4. This U Thein Sein Government is creating thousands of refugees and IDPs (Kachin, Shan, Karen, Palaung, Rohingya) in the country. 5. Kachin wil not allow Thein Sein Government to eradicate Kachin people and Christianity. 6. KIA will never surrender the arms. 7. KIA will abandon arm struggle when theres Federated Government with equal rights, freedom and authority. 8. U.S Government to help KIA to get freedom for Kachin and all ethnic people in Myanmar. 9. U.S Government to put pressure on Myanmar to stop fighting in Kachin land and other ethnic areas. 10. U.S Government to recognize Panglong Agreement and help to fulfill Panglong Agreement.
