What I am about say is in total humility and I wrote this to bring forth unity. I have a lot of people say how can you celebrate Christmas? Its a pagan holiday. Its this and that and its not the real date. It may be all those things. One thing it does and I focus on the positive. Every time someone says Merry Christmas. It acknowledges that J-sus existed. Why cant we focus on that? I understand the trees, Santa and the other stuff can be a little troubling. Lets focus on the good of Christmas. People tend to be nicer. People are more giving. We need to unite around Christmas. Its trying to be stripped away, for the very reason of its name. I celebrate today G-d sent his Son to Earth so, we might live a life full of joy and peace. I celebrate He came to die for the sins the of world. Thats what I focus on. What if we knew that actual date of His birthday? Would it make us more loving? I think G-d hides certain truths for His will and purposes. Dont lose sight of love by digging into every nook and crany of the Bible and being a religious Sherlock Holmes. I say this a lot, but its true. In 1 Corinthians it says I could know the mysteries and have them revealed, BUT if I dont have love....I have nothing. If you truly feel that Christmas is wrong. Keep it to yourself. Agree to disagree would be the best thing. I see so many beautiful things in Christmas I could not possibly trash it. I recommend we all do the same thing.
