What I am posting is putting my whole heart in this. They say what comes around gos around, and this is true. When I first started deadlifting I was over weight , no self esteam. I was not properly trained and didnt know a dumbbell from a dead lift bar. I was not properly trained and got hurt a lot. I met this one person named Jeff Johnston who took the time to show me what was needed to get my self where I needed to be. He didnt charge me one cent! He told me, in payment someday to something good for some one else. I dont see Jeff much any more but here is what happened. Today at the black iron to my surprise my sons soccer coach from high school started to lift. My buddy chris was training him and asked for my help with his dead lifts. My sons coach whos name is also Jeff is the sweetest man that there can be. When kids on the soccer team couldnt afford team pics he paid for them. He was so amazed on my strength he humbled me. So today I helped someone who is kinda lost in life right now find a new passion. Im giving back what was gavin to me. Im feeling humbled and blessed.
