What I can deduce about this(I dont bother to read anyway , is that, rentals and other forms of cost are eroding the benefits from the lower oil price and strong sing dollar. Since inflation is not coming from imported but rather , domestic inflation , strong sing dollar does not help us in much way. One thing is. Reduce the fix cost and introduce more variable cost type of rentals .next , boost productivity ( i am rather skeptical about this) . Only then, U can control the food inflation
