What I can learn from my Japanese friends.. They are always serious & have pride in what they are doing.. Be it a simple and smallest things.. They do their best and struggle all the time.. One of my friend in Beijing.. He acknowledged that he is not smart.. Thus he always studies 3-4 hours a day to compensate his weakness. While I spent my time doing something else.. In the end he became better than I am. One of my friend is a salary man (kaishain).. He is very loyal to his company.. Unlike most of us here.. We tend to move from one company to another for the sake of mere salary and position. My other Japanese friend who is much older than I am. He has many experiences.. From working from a basic salaryman until owning his own business.. And work from the scratches again.. The up and down in life.. Yet he is still well spirited. He is very humble and has this positive way of thinking. I admire them.. While many of us Indonesians here actually possess great intelligence and skills.. Its not bad if we try to learn the mindset and the mental power of japanese people.
