What I consume monday which was bicep and tricep day. 3 protein shakes 5 chicken breast Full Spinach salad 4 boiled eggs 5 apples 3 oranges A lot of rice 4 slices of bread Peanut butter Flax oil and 2 gallons of water. Thats all the food consumed in one day... When I workout when I dont workout I dont eat as much, because obviously Im not burning the calories. Eat clean or at least try to and dont over eat on the days you rest on.
