What I find the most bullshit thing about this is the ticket for riding the wrong way on the street. I feel much safer riding my bike the wrong way on the street. It is much easier to see and avoid accidents with cars when they are coming at you, or at least it feels that way. Im scared to death of cars coming up behind me, and parked cars opening doors in front of you. Changing lanes or making a turn when theyre right over your shoulder in your blind spot is a nightmare. Bike lanes should be the opposite of car lanes. Seriously bogus.
