What I found real interesting is that Rolfes says that it is our job as commuters to make sure our receipts reflect the right destination. I could be mistaken but isnt that the job of the ticket worker who is getting paid?? I want to know, why is this a problem at the ticket booth? WSF needs to fix that first, an employee problem or a management problem! Yes, I agree we need to be aware more that our tickets reflect the correct destination but only because they havent tracked the ridership correctly to Bremerton and we all know why. Who is responsible for cooking the books? Lets just call it what it is! We have discussed this before in here and I dont get how it could be that difficult to put Bremerton in their computer when the customer says Bremerton??
