What I have learnt tonight is that speaking up is vital to change. It is vital to growth and vital in learning of others who you share a story with. Unless we speak up no one will ever know we need help. Sharing our experiences with others lets them know they are not alone in this world. This makes it easier for me to right size my problems so that I can get back up and keep moving forward to working in a solution rather than drowning in what seems like an ocean of absolute and insurmountable fear.
