What I said about the current MCA leadership and its President - TopicsExpress

What I said about the current MCA leadership and its President Dato Sri Liow Tiong Lai on Hudud was that MCA must take action and not just empty talk. The party under the new leadership must portray that it is different from DAP. Liow can call me a history but I must remind him that those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it. There is a bigger picture to look at that it is not just about me or him, it is about the future and interest of the non-Muslims community in Malaysia. While the Pakatan Rakyat has its responsibility to stop this from happening, MCA as a coalition partner in Barisan Nasional must ensure that Umno and the Prime Minister understand its stand. Liow vowed to bring transformation to the Party but he had avoided my question, hence he has proven every word I said about him to be true as mentioned in my statement yesterday. He can treat me as a history but he cannot let the effort by MCA in safeguarding the secular state status in this country and the rights of non-Muslims over the past 60 years, to become history. The Chinese community wants to see concrete action instead of rhetoric statement, otherwise MCA should not hope to regain the Chinese support. Liow can regard me as history but he cannot ignore the fact that MCA has been protecting and defending the rights of Non- Muslims community from the battle for Secular State in the pas 60 years. If I am a history, then why would Liow get all the Party veterans to back him up during the last Party election. Does this mean that these bunch of Party veterans are not history to Liow because these are his supporters? I hope he can learn about history so that he will not be a history too soon.
