What I see is a race in desperate need of a leader. We havent had someone willing to die for their people since Martin Luther King Jr, a lot have tried but ultimately their own agendas proved to be more important. Violence leads to violence. Uncontrolled unrest leads to out of control arrests. Our people must follow the path that King and those like him paved for us. Violence only nets more violence. Protest peacefully, remember that you live there, it is YOUR neighborhood too after all. King marched/protested peacefully within the structure of the law so that even when supporters were wrongfully arrested they would have a leg to stand on. They did this so that they werent fighting their own personal battles with the law, but instead the issues not just black people faced, but people as a whole. If you are trying to fight the law why would you put them in a position where you GIVE THEM the power to remove you from protest? Rosa Parks wouldnt have had a story to tell had she got belligerent on that bus. A simple nonthreatening action had a huge historic impact. DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND WITHIN THE LAW AND YOU WILL BE HEARD. Rome wasnt built in a day and racists didnt become racists over night.
