What I was just trying to spit out in my previous post is that when you apply yourself to LYING to resolve conflicts arising under the same "DOCKET NUMBER" (if you are thinking in Biblical terms, take as an example the "New Testament") for at least a couple of years, and when you have "used" an "enterprise" such as a church or a court to commit your CRIMES, and when your crimes are of a certain number and seriousness and nature, then you are what the U.S. Congress calls GUILTY of engaging in a PATTERN OF RACKEERING ACTIVITY under the RICO Act, which means that you are an ORGANIZED CRIMINAL, and the U.S. Congress said that its goal is to ERADICATE ORGANIZED CRIME IN THESE UNITED STATES, and the U.S. Congress also provided a CIVIL CAUSE OF ACTION under the RICO Act to enable RICO VICTIMS to recover damages from the ORGANIZED CRIMINALS who victimized them, and the civil cause of action may be brought in a State court of competent jurisdiction, and such State courts themselves often create special divisions that are tasked with handling complex legal and financial disputes that routinely arise under documents such as property settlement agreements.
