What IS Off the Couch Fitness? Off the Couch is a new revolutionary approach to weight loss and fitness for women over the age of 30. It is still in the early planning stages but we are building our tribe of fans so that as we develop the program we can get input from YOU! This is a web-based fitness program that will encompass all aspects of weight loss: 1. Nutrition 2. Exercise and the often-missing element to successful weight loss 3. Psychology By providing all three elements in one site you will have access to a well-rounded and complete weight loss program. And, its all on demand. YOUR time, YOUR place, YOUR daily needs. They will all be there! We will offer fun workouts at all levels including our Get Back to Where You Belong entry level fitness classes for people who are coming off of an injury, surgery, or have gotten sidetracked and not exercised in the past several years. (or ever!) Its all positive, encouraging and do-able for people at all levels. Please add your comments on what you would like to see in the program. I look forward to hearing from you! Ellen
