What Is God Really Saying To Us? Hidden within the original languages of the Bible are messages that remain uncovered until you search them out. The original text of the Old Testament is Hebrew and the original text of the New Testament is Greek. Both of these languages are very picturesque when the Scriptures are read in their original form. Much of this is lost in translation into other languages. When reviewing the Hebrew writings and exploring the pictographs associated with each letter of the Hebraic alphabet, these hidden messages from God can be uncovered. The result is amazing revelation! On Sunday, I shared the literal translation, based on Hebraic pictograph of Genesis 1:1. Reading Genesis 1:1 as translated into English, one finds a simple statement: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth…” Reading Genesis 1:1 as originally written in Hebrew, one finds much more!!!! The original language for “In the beginning” is actually, the Hebrew word, “BERESHITH”. Each letter of the Hebraic Alphabet has a corresponding picture, with a corresponding meaning. These pictographs and their meanings are outlined in the chart below: Using this chart to “draw out” the hidden messages from God from the alphabet, you will find the scripture begins to look like this: BERESHITH 1. Bet- tent or house is pictograph 2. Resh- Head or first person of household 3. Aleph- ox head, ultimate strength, God 4. Shin- Teeth mean destroyed or killed 5. Yod- arm from the elbow to the fist means by my own hand, strength or effort 6. Tav- cross, means covenant, cross In Hebrew these two words Bet-Resh combine to make the word BAR which means “Son Of”. See the symbol of “BET” which is the very symbol of God, The Son of God “BAR” would destroy the Sinful works of our hands on the COVENANT CROSS OF STICKS. In John 2:19 John 2:19-22King James Version (KJV) 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. Revelation 13:8King James Version (KJV) refers to this Hebrew message Barashet of Genesis! 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Another deep message from the Ancient Hebrew pictograph is that God represented by the Ox Head (Strength, Leader) would make a Covenant with man on a CROSS OF STICKS (TAV). BERĚSHITH (GENESIS) 1:1 – 6:8 – BERĚSHITH – IN THE BEGINNING Verse 1: בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים (אֵת) הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ׃ Read Right to Left its in Hebrew Between the Brackets is the Aleph and the Tav explained separately here - א – this is first letter of the Hebrew alphabet and is called ‘aleph’ and in the ancient script is pictured as - aleph - which is the head of an ox and represents strength, meaning ‘muscle’ and the ox is the strongest of the livestock animals. This also carries the meaning of ‘yoke’ as an ox is placed in a yoke in order to plough or pull a heavy load in the right direction. This can also picture for us the ‘red heifer’ sacrifice that יהושע Messiah fulfilled! - ת – this is the letter ‘taw or tav’ which in the ancient script is pictured as – tav – which is the picture of two crossed sticks, and can represent for us ‘seal, covenant, mark or sign’; as this once again points to the complete work of Messiah in the renewal of the Covenant in His Blood that brings the two Houses of Yisra’ĕl and Yehuḏah together in Him, as One, for He is not only the ‘aleph’, but is also the ‘taw’ – the beginning and the end of all creation! Now Isaiah 44:6 is actually referring to Jesus Himself confirmed in Revelation 22:13 Isaiah 44:6King James Version (KJV) 6 Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Revelation 22:12-13King James Version (KJV) 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Without the Alpha & Omega (Greek) or the Aleph & Tav (Hebrew) everything was Created from the Beginning (THE WORD). John Chapter 1 John 1 King James Version (KJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. In John Chapter 14 verse 1 onwards Jesus declares that He is the exact Image of His Father read on John 14 King James Version (KJV) 1. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works sake. In the Old Testament Jesus was referred to as the Right Arm of the Lord. Psalm 118:15King James Version (KJV) 15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly. Jeremiah 27:5King James Version (KJV) 5 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. Isaiah 53 King James Version (KJV) 1. Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Psalm 22:16King James Version (KJV) 16 For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet. David/Daud proclaimed that it is possible for One Person of the God Head to communicate with the other, that’s how we know that Jesus was able to communicate with His Father. The Word made Flesh was able to communicate with His Father. Psalm 110 King James Version (KJV) 1. The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
