What??!?! Ive been pursuing Co op Energy for my £400 OVERPAYMENT. Just received my direct debit review... According to our records, your account is a little out of balance at the moment. As a responsible energy supplier, it’s important to us that you’re in control of your energy usage, so we’d like to get your account back on track by spring 2016. Therefore, after considering your current account balance, which is currently £388.59 in credit and an estimate of your future spend, we intend to increase your fixed Direct Debit from £92.59 to £112.39 We appreciate that any increase is not good news, but we’ve done this to help you to spread the cost of paying any existing debt with us.
