What Ive learned from our most recent trip to WDW, which ended when we arrived back home this afternoon... 1. Smash Mouth is better than I remember. And though Ive never heard of Jim Brickman, his violinist rocked! 2. As many times as Ive been there...love that there are still restaurants I havent been to till now...Cape May Cafe, Yak & Yeti, and Liberty Tree Tavern. All delicious! 3. Dole Whip was worth the wait. We had the Dole Whip Float...yummy! 4. Still love the Food & Wine Festival 5. Learned and personally discovered during a tequila tasting lunch, the best way to cleanse your pallet is with vodka 6. Walt Disney liked some really good food. Dining Through the Decades was a delicious journey through his life with food! 7. If youre going to stay at the Animal Kingdom Villas with a savannah view, be patient. When the animals show up...youll be like a kid on Christmas morning. For me, seeing the bison (I think thats what they were? Lol), giraffes, zebra, and other animals. The zebra playing right outside our room was one of the coolest things Ive ever experienced in Disney World! 8. Ill always love a vacation in the Happiest Place on Earth. My wife is a master vacation planner...we NEVER not have an awesome time!!! Check my next post for a video of the zebra playing
