Exercise, food and your health can be FUN! Join a class, workout with cool people, do a workshop thats educational and a laugh! Step 2 - Theres so much we can do Word. Seriously - the amount of stuff you can find on Facebook/YouTube/Google alone (and this stuff is also FREE!) is ridiculous. There is so much you can learn about foods on the net you can go loco! Take advantage of things like this. Learn it, implement it - then teach it to someone else. That will make it stick Step 3 - Its just you and me We’re in this together. I’m not perfect, you’re not perfect. Stop waiting for the health scare/the time/a reason/the money/the motivation/the excuses to go before you commit to you and your health.
