Titled Corruption: A Tale of Wolves in Sheeps Clothing, My Experience in Fighting Corruption in Ugandas Public Service, the book was launched by President Museveni on Wednesday. The books foreword is written by President Museveni, who describes Birigimana as a selfless and brave public servant who only attracted a backlash because of being a whistle-blower in the OPM scandal. ...Therefore, short of being tempted to join in the swindle, very few individuals will have the courage to stand firm and expose the theft as Bigirimana did to the OPM scandal involving PRDP funds, Museveni writes.
