What: TVCK Search for Maestro Kusinero Isang Piging ng Kalinga at Pag asa Handog ng Pagmamahal Para sa BAHAY KALINGA AT PAG ASA Who: TVCK Members Where : Bahay Kalinga and Bahay Pag asa When : July 27, 2014 8:00 am Program Mechanics : 1. There will be 2 groups per district. for district 1 - Ms. Emily Gutierrez, Ms. Agatha Gamboa Pineda for district 2, Ms. Ghen Murillo (Ms. Marian Ajel) 2. Each group shall and must not exceed food budget of 1,500.00. 3. Each group shall prepare meat dish, vegetable, noodles or pasta and rice. 4. Each group must have 7-10 members. 5. Group budget shall be shouldered by the members. Members who will be joining the contest must be willing to contribute for the budget allocation. 6. All cooking utensils and fuel will be provided by the members. 7. The winner shall receive a medal each and certifiate of recognition. 8. All participants shall receive a certificate of participation. 9. One week before the contest, the team leader or district coordinator must submit their meal plan, food cost allocation. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING Nutritional Value 30% Food Cost % 20% Presentation 20% Texture 15% Aroma 15% In line with feeding program, all foods prepared shall be served among the client residents of BAHAY KALINGA AND BAHAY PAG ASA.
