What UNHCR did for the community in Northern Uganda was driven by a lot common sense of the 21st century, if you want to achieve positive result that is agently required to support life from the camp, but to enhance quality output a lot more is required to scale up the economy of a Nation, that does support not that Nation alone but the world at large. Where the need of your talent cross an area on earth it define your calling. A farmer with limited tool is farmer doing traditional farming, that agricultural production has no surplus to sell.
