What Would You Do? Neighbors dog edition. I have a neighbor who keeps his very large dog in a crate in the garage. The crate is obviously too small for the dog, and the only time the dog leaves the crate is twice a day for 10-20 minutes for a walk/ play time. The neighbor has had other neighbors make comments about the dog, but he has a lot of cop friends and has checked into the legalities of how he keeps his dog. Technically speaking he isnt violating any laws (so he says) but its obvious that the dog is neglected and looks like it will have physical problems down the road. I offered to be the dog walker, but they have not enlisted my services. What would you do in this situation? I just feel bad for this dog...
