What a Fabulous Tuesday Morning in Saint Louis. Donna just got - TopicsExpress

What a Fabulous Tuesday Morning in Saint Louis. Donna just got on me for singing, Take my hand, Im a strangler in paradise. I stopped but it was catchy. Okay, I want to talk about something personal. Itches... Itches while going to bed and trying to get to sleep. Most nights, I just lay down and soon enough, I fall asleep. However, there are those nights when I lay down and my left arm, three inches down from the elbow sparks an itch. I scratch it. A short time later, above right ear, 2 inches up and 1 inch back...got it! Then you realize its going to be like that...right calf...center. Got it. What causes that? Is it stress? I have no idea. But isnt it amazing how accurately we can zone in on an itch and nail it? I just said nail it... No, but really, we can uncannily use our bodily radar and hit the target(s). Now, I want to mention something that Ive never heard anywhere else. The Twin City Itch or we may call it, the Sister City Itch. This occurs when you have a singular itch...the radar kicks in and we nail it. Then instantaneously, inexplicably, a micro-miniature atom bomb of an itch goes off in another region, seemingly triggered by the just occurred itch. So we itch the new responding itch. And there are even reports that the initial site answers back and so forth. Its almost as if parts of our body are sending smoke signals (itch signals) back and forth in communication. Well, that concludes todays topic, Itches, While Trying to Sleep. Oh, our 1989 Lincoln Ghetto Cred Car has not yet sold, but I figured out why it would not stay running. So I will sink a few bucks into it and hope to recoup. Lets, please, have a pleasant and safe day today.
