Nick showed you how to double rental profits on standard single let properties by renting to Housing Allowance tenants. He provided great case studies, information and tips that shows when you know what you’re doing you can tap into a sector which provides massive opportunities for landlords. It’s a very simple model, that only needs 2 tenants, and works for most 2/3 bedroom houses, with minimal alterations. Our main speaker of the evening, Kevin Wright, gave a fantastic talk all about how we can avoid falling into the trap of using up all our cash on deposits and hitting that brick wall of no more cash to continue growing our portfolio and wealth.
