What a GREAT Fundraising idea!!! It would be a great way for a pet-friendly hotel with a BIG kiddie pool area to let it be known of their status. With the right advance promotions, this event could take over the hotel for the weekend with all sorts of activities, training, education from+++ (I have LOTS of ideas on that if someone wanted to do this, Id share the ideas & help with promotions).
