What a GREAT dinner we had....Dan cooked chicken on the smoker that had been soaking in beer and season salt all night!!!! Smothered it with a sauce of cooked beer-butter-little seasoned salt and Worchester sauce.--New white potatoes coated in olive oil and Mortons Natures seasonings-also cooked on the smoker....fresh sweet corn, cukes and red onion salad that were marinating in vinegar-sugar mix all day--sliced ripe tomatoes!!!!!! What a GREAT holiday dinner!!!!!!!!!
