What a GREAT feeling waking-up to three dogs waiting downstairs to greet you with kisses! What a GREAT feeling to have a wife who is waiting for you with a freshly-made cup of coffee when you climb out of bed! What a GREAT feeling knowing you are loved like that! And you should know that Elissas kisses were slightly different from the ones the dogs gave me. But no less enthusiastic :) I think there are a few life lessons here: > To appreciate love. > To never take people (and pets) in your life for grated. > To see that there is always something to be grateful for. In addition to those three lessons, perhaps one more stands out: There is DEFINITELY a difference between puppy breath and the breath of a Belgian Malinois whos been licking his rear end all morning while you slept. Yad think my bride might have filled me in on that before the make-out session began... No worries, because what she failed to consider was that she was fourth in line for the kisses. And that meant not only did she get Neikos left-over kisses, she also got the remnants of Rocky and Bailey. And I know for a fact that Rocky not only licks his own butt, he also has a habit of licking the part of Neiko that makes Neiko a male dog. (hey, dont judge my dogs!) Heres wishing everyone a day where we smile because we know were loved, and grin because we know someone, somewhere, is trying to find a way to get dog breath out of their own mouth!
