What a Leader Is Like ? A leader should have this one of the characteristic of Leader which is EMPATHY. Jesus is our great model leader who tries to understand how others feel. He can see things from the point of view of another person. Moses also is one of God servants who has a feelings of Empathy. That is , he was interested in people. He cared about their condition and wanted to do something to help them. We are told also to be symphatetic as 1Peter 3:8, says, Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another, be symphatetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. And in addition to this Paul teaches us to carry one anothers burdens (Gal.6:2) . Empathy is essential to Christian service and witnessing, and therefore to Christian leadership. I post this jst to encourage each one of us to be a good servant leader. Parent is a leader in their home. So be a good leader and servant leader . We should be a Servant leader to our family. A good model and good example to our children that they should follow. Even in any group or ministry we belong > We serve not to be served. Be a good servant leader of the Lord. You will be rewarded by our Great Master to whom we submit our everything and who sees everything we do even in a secret place. God bless. To God b d glory!
