What a Mighty God we serve! So blessed to be a small part of Gods Work; lately seeing God open doors and so many trusting Him as their Lord and Savior. Mat 9:35-38 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. --He owns the harvest that is produced through distress and through conviction of sin. This is the harvest for which we have to pray that laborers be sent out to reap. We stay busy at work, while people all around us are ripe and ready to be harvested; we do not reap even one of them, but simply waste our Lords time in over-energized activities and programs. Suppose a crisis were to come, are you there as a laborer to reap the harvest for Jesus Christ? A Christian is called to be Jesus Christs own servant. --O.
