What a WONDERFUL Weekend!!! It was hard to do, but me and hubby took Saturday off - no computers, no cell phones just some serious R&R time together and it was FABULOUS! Sunday was FILLED with all sorts of wonderful things - First up Reaching Out International Food Distribution - it was HOT out there but we all had a blast and its such a blessing to know this 501C3 uses ALL of its money for food for the hungry! No Salaries are taken and ALL work is 100% Volunteers! Then we headed back home to clean and season 3 full size pork loins for the smoker, followed by a much needed hour nap at the pool, then cleaned the pool, got in some yard work, washed the vehicles, watered all the plants, did all the laundry and hit INSANITY Round 7 - still kicking our tails!!! Now its time to bring in the pork loins and bag & tag them for the freezer for future dinners. Then a little quiet time and off to bed to get ready for a MARVELOUS Monday!
