What a bad day I had because of the poor service of Taxi for Sure. I have done the booking well earlier by 6.00 pm for a taxi at 9.30 pm. Inspite of this amply time taxi for sure not able to provide the service. I didnt get any sms of the driver details and also the call from anyone. Moreover when I tried reaching them your call gets connected with their promotional song. But for more than 5 minutes its not connecting. From 9 pm to 9.40 pm i was trying if at all i get connected they keep saying the same thing you will get the sms. At last when I start questioning them they said driver is waiting down. So I went out with family to get the cab. But the fellow gave the wrong information. When I went down there was no cab and then the SMS came. So I called the driver he said he is in central will take another 30 to 40 mins of time to reach their. Worst ever service from a call taxi i have ever seen.
