What a beautiful today in Delacroix with clear skies a mild breeze. The water is clean at the dock. About two handfuls of boats launched today. Again today was a tough day for anglers. Each boat had maybe 10-15 fish. Some said they only caught a few. They were catching a few here and there. They aren’t stacked up. Tomorrow it is going to be quite windy and Friday we are expecting more wind plus rain. It should be clearing up for the weekend though. If you’re not busy come visit us. I’m sure Mom would appreciate a boat ride on Mother’s Day. I know your probably wondering about live bait; we do not have any yet and we will let everyone know quickly when we do. Charters and lodging are still available for May and are starting to book for June as well as upcoming months. Call the lodge for dates, details, and reservations. A small deposit will secure your date. And just a reminder ---gift certificates are available for that hunter/fisherman (woman) in your life.
