What a brilliant afternoon at the Mayors Tea Dance...Thanks to Cllr Catherine Dann, the Hillingdon Mayor.. loved it and one up for the CCG on us oldies after last nights depressing meeting..!!! we had a great time shaking our hips..... mind you thanks to the NHS for providing the many new hips that where shaking loool hhhhh Despite the shortage of fellas to partner with we all had a great time.... I loved the Sambina where we were in lines of four shaking our mojo... sequins and feathers all of a quiver.... the DJ kept tell us not to sit down to stay on the floor for another.... but really one does need to sit down for the whiff of oxygen these days before the next Tango..... lool the days of dancing ALL night as one used to a little of a challenge but twist and shout we could do......I was told I could not photo the couples as they may not be with the partner they were meant to be with for the afternoon....YEA good to tell us oldies are from the swinging 60s with all our naughtiness...though the fund raising for the cause could have been augmented with the story sales to the Sunday Papers....loooool so I have at least shown feet dancing...
