What a comedy of errors! New bottle, wrong cap and a shape that doesnt fit the labels well. It seems that the 10 ounce BBQ bottle I like has been discontinued by my supplier, the substitute is visually unappealing, at best. The sauce, however, is excellent- Unique Destiny Maple Roasted Apple Carolina Style BBQ Sauce. We also made a new version of the Cranberry Peach condiment for this summers cookouts, made with a locally produced Cranbanero Jelly, this years version has a stronger zesty bite. The last of the Coventry market pop-ups is this weekend at the Holmburg Orchard in Gales Ferry, well be opening at the Nathan Hale Homestead next week. The Avocado Lime and Sweet and Sour Horseradish sauces are labeled and available as SOMs.
